Our Staff
Dr. Jain is dedicated to the well-being and care of each of his patients. He understands the difficulty involved with weight loss and obesity from personal experience, and has developed the MediSlim program through a combination of his medical expertise and personal knowledge with the weight loss process.
About Dr. Arun Jain
Arun Jain, MD is a board certified physician who has been serving the Crawfordsville, Indiana area for over 24 years. Dr. Jain maintains a full time practice in gynecology, and is committed to helping patients lose weight and live a long, healthy life through his medical weight loss and weight management program.
Dr. Jain attended Brown University where he concentrated on International Health, and received honors in Microbiology and Biochemistry. He graduated with his medical degree from the University of Connecticut Health Center School of Medicine with honors in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and Psychiatry, and also completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut Health Center of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut. Dr. Jain is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, Obesity Medicine Association, and Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
About Rita Keeling
Rita Keeling, NP-C is a certified nurse practitioner who has provided exceptional care to families in west central Indiana for many years. She is universally adored for her compassion, warmth, and clinical skills as a primary care provider. In collaboration with Dr. Jain, she will continue to take care of women of all ages and provide primary and gyn care.
Rita has taught and mentored hundreds of health career students in Warren and Fountain counties over the past 15 years. She also serves on the board of Hope Springs, a local charity providing shelter to women and children in crisis.

Christy Shillings, RN
Christy is a registered nurse and the office manager for MediSlim. She assists with front office responsibilities as well as patient follow-ups.
Crystal Ellinger, MA
Crystal is a medical assistant. Her primary responsibilities include assessing patient's weekly progress by weight and vital signs, offering motivation, and checking for problems along the way.
