Circuit Training for Weight Loss

If you haven't tried circuit training, or if the idea is foreign to you,

I encourage you to check it out!


Personally, working out is not always fun. I am always looking for a fun and entertaining way of completing it. This is why I LOVE circuit training!


Circuit training involves doing a series of resistance-training exercises for different movements or body parts with little-to-no rest between each exercise. An effective circuit alternates between upper- and lower-body parts or movements like from push-ups to pull-ups for muscles responsible for different movements in the same region of the body.
