Amy’s Advice: Are you crushing your fitness goals?

Are you crushing your fitness goals, or are you not sure where to start? Regardless of where you are in your weight loss journey you can begin improving your overall fitness today. Finding time for exercise can be a challenge but remember you ARE worth it! Start with just 30 minutes of activity 3 times a week.

I made a goal of completing the Leon’s sprint triathlon, supporting military personnel, this past Sunday and I did it-Proof is in the pictures!
