An Apple A Day.......



Apples are not uncommon to us and are thankfully a staple that even children are familiar with. I personally did not like apples until very recently (this year actually, lol) but now I find myself enjoying apples often now.


Apples are full of antioxidants. Plus, micronutrients like vitamin C and potassium. In the Medislim diet, we have 2 servings of fruits per day. So, 1 small apple = 1 serving


If eating apples is not your thing, try cooking with them! And remember to try the different types of apples out there, that was my problem. The apples I tried were always too sour. Recently, I tried the Pink Lady apples and finally found an apple I liked!
