Bell Peppers


Seriously, what can't you put peppers in?! We've all had them, and they are so versatile! Peppers are rich in fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and potassium! In the Medislim diet they are obviously included in the Vegetable Category, but beware, they are NOT a free veggie. A serving size for vegetables is 1 cup raw / ½ cup cooked and we have 4 servings per day.


  • Peppers are so easy to cook with!

  • They are pretty and give simple splashes of color in your meal!

  • You can eat them raw or cooked!

  • They are good mixed in with your foods or as a standalone snack!

  • You can put them in basically ANYTHING!!
