Eggs...because breakfast matters!

Eggs are up next on the list of super foods!



Honestly, my daughter and I start most every day off with an egg (of some sort). It helps keep our appetite in check through the day by providing a great dose of protein first thing in the morning!! If you struggle with afternoon cravings and snacky moments, try incorporating eggs in your breakfast and see how it changes your day!


Eggs are packed with essential vitamins and minerals including selenium, vitamin B12, riboflavin and phosphorus! Eggs fall into the protein section on the Medislim diet, but this food type can be a little confusing.

  • First of all, you have 8 servings of protein per day.

  • Eggs can be consumed in a variety of ways (egg whites, whole egg or egg substitute)

  • If you are using the whole egg: this will be counted as 1 Protein & 1 Fat.

Be sure to refer to the diet that can be found in your binder for exact serving sizes when it comes to eggs.
