Super Berries!



To continue the series on superfoods, my next topic is all about berries. I feel like these are the best super food ever!! They are rich in fiber, vitamin C and vitamin K.

You must be careful with your fruit intake as you only have 2 servings of fruit per day, but berries can be consumed in higher quantity in comparison to other fruit types.

In fact, ½ cup of berries is one serving!

Hopefully you find these recipes yummy as I did. These recipes also make me think of summer so maybe that’s why it's so appealing to me right now as we are still dealing with the winter weather 😊
