To wrap up the Superfood Series.....Let's end with Tomatoes!

Who doesn't love tomatoes (unless you're allergic....)!!!

Tomatoes are high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium

Remember we have 4 servings per day of vegetables and a serving size is measured as 1 cup raw / ½ cup cooked.

I could write paragraphs about the endless possibilities of tomatoes, but I'm sure we are all very familiar with this super food! I mean, they really are awesome! Different sizes, colors, you can eat them raw, cooked, boiled, stewed, whole...... you get it! :)
