Strawberry Chicken Salad
2 ounces grilled chicken, 2 cups mixed vegetable, 1 cup strawberries, 6 almonds sliced, light dressing (2 protein, 2 vegetables,1fruit, 1 fat)
Snack
Small apple, 2 tsp peanut butter (1 fruit, 1 fat)
Dinner
Tacos
3 ounces shredded chicken with taco seasoning, lettuce/tomato, 1-ounce low-fat shredded cheese, 2 low carb tortillas (2bread, 1 vegetable, 4 protein)
