Snack
Greek yogurt with ½ cup strawberries (2 protein, ½ fruit)
Dinner
Shrimp/Vegetable Stir Fry
2 ounces shrimp, 3 cups mixed vegetables, 2 tsp oil (2 protein, 3 vegetables, 2 fat)
