Breakfast

½ cup oatmeal sweetened with Splenda, ½ cup strawberries, coffee with milk and Splenda

(1 bread, ½ fruit, 1 milk)


Lunch

Sandwich

Deli meat 2 ounces, 1-ounce low-fat cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, 2 slices low carb bread

½ cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 small apple (4 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 bread, 1 fruit)


Snack

Greek yogurt with ½ cup strawberries (2 protein, ½ fruit)


Dinner

Shrimp/Vegetable Stir Fry

2 ounces shrimp, 3 cups mixed vegetables, 2 tsp oil (2 protein, 3 vegetables, 2 fat)
