I’ll start tomorrow. I’ll start once I get through this week. I’ll start once the weather gets warmer. I’ll start once I get a gym membership. I’ll start after I get paid so I can go to the grocery store and get healthy foods. I’ll start once my kid is potty trained, in school, out of school, moved out, or whatever the next life stage happens to be. How many times have you said I’ll start making myself a priority after fill in the blank? The truth is there will never be a perfect time, EVER! And unfortunately the longer you hold on to the the hope of a perfect time, the longer you drag this out. Stop making excuses, no matter how legitimate the excuse is. There will always be crazy things go on it life, but how you train yourself to respond to those stressful times matters. Instead of responding by postponing your health, learn how to incorporate your health into the craziness.
