I love breakfast and have found that the days I skip breakfast I’m too hungry by the time lunch rolls around. But I get into ruts of eating the same things over and over. I’d love to hear your go to breakfast picks so please email, comment, or tell me when you come in for your next check.
Here are a few of my go to breakfasts. I can’t wait to hear from you!
½ cup cooked oatmeal flavored with calorie free sweetener, 1 medium peach
(1 carb/1 fruit)
Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Cheesecake Greek yogurt, 1 small apple
(2 protein /1 fruit)
1 slice Cinnamon raisin bread with 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 medium pear
(1 carb/1 fat/1fruit)
Omelet: 2 egg whites, spinach/tomato/green pepper/onion total 1 cup, 1 oz fat-free cheese, with 1 slice bacon
(2 protein, 1 fat, 1 vegetable)
